Holy smokes, these pups became REAL puppies, REAL fast! Ha! Week 5 to week 6 has brought out ALL the energy in them, and sucked out ALL the energy from me. HA!
With more play, comes more mess. So these pups got their first full-blown bath this week (which is why their hair is crazy in some of the pictures!). I’ve washed feet and tummies and faces before, but this past week was a the first time in the actual bathtub and not my sink. They weren’t happy with me, but they each did really well and tolerated the blow drier just fine.
Curriculum & Care: We have been going outside in the grass and on my patio daily. Each day, we work the puppies with some sort of new experience… whether it’s a location (grass vs. driveway vs. living room vs. patio), or an obstacle, or new sound or object. Today, we also started them on hard kibble and they loved it!
Attention Future Families!
Evaluations will happen the June 6-7. All families should have received a “prepare for puppy” email and can access the “Go-Home” page at the button below for resources to prep.
